Well, here I show you 6 options that for me are suitable for beginner shooters, and even for intermediate shooters, I leave you the description of each, as well as the link where you can buy them:
1.- Daisy Powerline F16
This is the classic wristrocket slingshot made by Daisy (The same ones that make the air rifles) It uses hollow tubular bands, which are fixed to the wire rod posts, it has an ergonomic handle made of plastic. This model is ideal to start into the slingshot shooting. Due to its good sized pouch, and to the distance beween forks, stones can be used as ammunition, without the fear of making a fork hit.

2.- Barnett Black Widow
Barnett is a well known brand of wrist braced slingshots, which helps to improve precision when shooting. Very similar in design to the Daisy, the Black Widow is a compact slingshot, it also uses tubular latex bands, which give enough power to shoot. It can also be used with stones or marbles.

3.- Marksman 3061
Another well known brand of slingshots with wrist support is Marksman, and the model 3061 is one of the most powerful ones, since the design of the forks gives us the option to adjust the "Draw" which is the distance at which we can stretch the bands. By being able to move the forks forward, we obtain more "Draw" so we gain a little more power in our shots. Like the previous slingshots, the Marksman 3061 can be used with stones, marbles or steel balls.

4.- Toparchery Slingshot
On the other side of the world, in countries such as China, slingshot shooting is highly practiced, even precision shot tournaments are held. This Toparchery brand has a design that is widely used in these tournaments. This design has sight, and clips to hold the bands, which are from flat, natural latex, being very soft to draw, which helps the hand not to shake because of band tension, and allows us to aim better. Due to the size and spacing of the forks, this type of slingshot is designed to use with steel balls of 8 or 9mm in diameter, or marbles of 12 to 14mm.

5.- Gaihu Slingshot
Also an oriental design and manufacture, the Gaihu slingshot incorporates a fiber optic sight, which includes a small led that helps the sights stand out better in low light conditions. It uses flat bands, which are secured to the forks by clips, which have a small spring and a screw to securely attach the clips. A quite comfortable design to make enough shots without getting the hand tired. It´s made of plastic, with rubber coating on the handle for a better grip. An excellent option to practice precision shooting.

6.- The Pocket Shot
Finally we have the peculiar Pocket Shot, is not a proper slingshot design, but it can shoot very well. It is made out of molded latex, with a rigid plastic ring that firmly holds the latex. We can not call it a slingshot, since it does not have a "Y"frame, but is capable of shooting steel balls or marbles with enough force, even it has an attachment which allows us to shoot arrows. An interesting design and a different option, which is well worth trying.
